Due to the current COVID-19 situation in the Netherlands, we decided to close our physical store until further notice. All our shipments are handled by PostNL. By default, we ship without track and trace, but you can request the track and trace option by sending us a mail. Shipping normally takes 1-3 working days for EU shipments. Shipping to outside of the EU can take 3-15 working days depending on your location. Please give it some extra time during the holidays. We ship out our products every day, except Sunday.
If your order didn’t arrive as described, get in touch with us through email@example.com and describe the problem. You may have to provide photos of proof if needed. We can not be held responsible for any damage made by the delivery company in your country. However, in some cases we will reimburse you with a (partial) refund or shop credit.
We accept payments through PayPal or bank transfer.
The only purpose for which we will use your private information is to process and send your order as fast as possible. Under no circumstance will we spread your information to third parties.
We also have a big second hand section in our physical store which is not listed online.
